This Privacy Policy explains how CDN NETWORK MEDIA SL (“we”, “us”), operator of the 7 Media Player application and the website 7mediaplayer.com, handles information when you use our apps on Smart TV, mobile, desktop and streaming devices.

1. What 7 Media Player is

7 Media Player is a “bring your own playlist” (BYO) media player. We do not provide, host, sell, or control any TV channels, movies, or other media content. You add your own IPTV line/playlist (provided by you or your own provider), and the app plays it. We are a player only.

2. Information we process

Device identity — a generated pseudo “MAC” and a device key created on your device. Used only to activate the app and manage your subscription/trial. It is not your real hardware MAC address.
Technical data — IP address, device model and app version. Used to operate the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.
Your playlist — the playlist URL/credentials you choose to add. Stored so the app can load your line. We do not use it for any other purpose and do not share it.
Payment data — if you choose to activate a paid plan, payment is handled by a third‑party processor; we do not store your card details.

We do not sell your personal data, do not show third‑party advertising, and do not track your viewing for advertising.

3. How we use it

To activate the app and enforce trial/subscription status.
To deliver the playlist you added and provide the player features (Live TV, Movies, Series, Search, Favorites, Catch Up).
To prevent fraud and abuse, and to provide customer support.

4. Third parties

We use a payment processor solely to process activation payments. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties, except where required by law.

5. Storage, security and retention

Data is stored on secured servers and transmitted over HTTPS. We keep device and subscription data for as long as your device is active, and delete or anonymize it on request or after a period of inactivity.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. As the app uses an anonymous device identity (not your name), we may ask for your device MAC/key to locate your record.

7. Children

7 Media Player is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
